Create, Manage and Print Fully Illustrated Workout Routines
Progress Log Section (more info)
This section represents the core of the workout routine sheets. On a single page, you can view the recommended exercises as shown by their pictures and names. In addition, the order to conduct these and the targeted muscles (or muscle groups) for each exercise are all only a glance away. Finally, because of the progress log section provided, you will be able to easily track your progress by writing the weights used for every exercise on each of your workout sessions.
Detailed Exercise Instructions Section (more info)
This second section acts as a quick reference guide for you to consult whenever you may have doubts
on how to correctly perform a specific exercise. Every exercise recommended in the weight lifting
routine will have its detailed instructions box in this section.
