This section represents the core of the dumbbell workout routine sheets. On a single page, you can view the recommended dumbbell exercises as shown by their pictures and names. In addition, the order to conduct these and the targeted muscles (or muscle groups) for each dumbbell exercise are all only a glance away. Finally, because of the progress log section provided, you will be able to easily track your progress by writing the weights used for every dumbbell exercise on each of your workout sessions.

This second section acts as a quick reference guide for you to consult whenever you may have doubts on how to correctly perform a specific dumbbell exercise. Every dumbbell exercise recommended will have its detailed instructions box in this section.



Choice of 3 Different Dumbbell Workout Routine Creation Modes

Muscle Selection Mode (more info)

This mode allows you to click on the various muscles you want to exercise in your dumbbell workout routines. This selection will let FitnessBliss Bells do most of the work, as it will allocate dumbbell exercises that correspond to your choice of muscles. After that, you only need to check and make the changes you deem necessary.

Add-One-at-at-Time Mode (more info)

This mode lets you create your dumbbell workout routines from the ground up, adding one dumbbell exercise at a time from the list of all exercises included in FitnessBliss Bells. This mode gives you absolute control on your workout creation process.



Pre-Built Routines Mode (more info)

This last mode allows you to select from a list of standardized pre-built dumbbell workout programs. The list includes 15 workout routines designed for a specific sport (e.g. baseball, soccer, golf, etc.) and 7 are designed to improve a particular region of the body (e.g. stronger arms, firm abs, etc.).
