Muscle Selection Workout Routine Creation Mode
The image on the right is a screenshot from the muscle selection mode.
This mode will allow you to tell FitnessBliss Fit what muscles you want to exercise in your workout routine.
FitnessBliss Fit will then create a workout routine for you which will target the selected muscles.
